We’re expanding our team and looking for a dependable Septic Installer to help us handle growing demand in residential and light commercial projects.

Position Overview

We’re seeking someone skilled in installing septic systems: tanks, drain fields, and related components. The company will handle the licensing and administrative process; we just need an installer who can perform the work safely, efficiently, and with pride.

This is a hands-on position with opportunities for consistent work and advancement in a fast-growing environmental contracting company.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial septic systems, including tanks, lines, and drain fields

• Operate and maintain excavation equipment (mini-ex, skid steer, etc.)

• Follow job site safety protocols and local environmental regulations

• Work independently or with a small crew to meet project timelines

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients

• Maintain clean and organized work areas and tools
  

Qualifications

• Experience installing or repairing septic systems preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing, grading, or excavation helpful

• Ability to read site plans and follow instructions accurately

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable working outdoors in variable conditions

(Licensing not required — company will obtain as needed.)
