What permits are needed in NC?
North Carolina has strict regulations when it comes to utility work. Depending on your location and project, permits may be required from both the city and county.

Who Handles It?
We do. C&C coordinates with local departments to file the right paperwork, request inspections, and get the green light to dig and connect.
Why It’s Important:
Permits protect you from fines, future repairs, and liability. Most cities won’t let you close on a new build without them.
📋 We handle permitting so you don’t have to.
